I probably should have made the title clearer. In any case, I can’t see any spread, so I suspect that it’s just a passing joke.

Not sure if this is some sort of new trolling meme (like, what is air?) but this phrase has been popping up everywhere on Facebook, in many cases getting amongst the top comments. It seems too popular to be a coincidence. My guess would be that it’s from tumblr or twitter, if anywhere. https://twitter.com/search?q=what%27s%20an%20ios&src=typd&f=realtime Otherwise a large proportion of people are just genuinely confused about what iOS7 is, and we can all be on our way.
Yeah, that article definitely needs more info added, but I’m flat out with studies at the moment. I plan on contributing more here after my finals [which are several months away, lol] but until then I really don’t have the time. That being said, the GeckosandCheerios article should also be edited or merged with the FunnyJunk article. The GeckosandCheerios account definitely went viral on FunnyJunk for several weeks. [third most thumbed comment, from a quick but superficial search.] Plus, how could you...
I know. It’s so ironic and so unbelievably stupid, it’s really no surprise that it happened on FJ.
Okay so, in the last 24 hours there’s been a rather large conflict between the administrator of FunnyJunk and the community of this site. As the spread of this event did not leave FunnyJunk, I suggest either adding it to the current FJ entry, or making a related sub-meme. The catalyst of this event seemed to occur when FunnyJunk user I Am Monkey uploaded the picture entitled ‘B&,’ which criticises the admin’s reluctance to create a mobile version of FunnyJunk and his extreme reaction of banning...
I’m new to this forum, and so some of my links didn’t post properly. Apparently I can’t delete the above post either. I kind of went all out with this post. A combination of exam procrastination and OCD. Opp. Update: The contest has been terminated, despite all of the votes being legitimate. I guess Kiss.fm discriminates based on the physical appearance of their contestants. “Disappointingly, we have determined that the integrity of the Taylor Swift’s Biggest Fan contest has been compromised. In...
Update: The contest has been terminated, despite all of the votes being legitimate. I guess Kiss.fm discriminates based on the physical appearance of their contestants. “Disappointingly, we have determined that the integrity of the Taylor Swift’s Biggest Fan contest has been compromised. In accordance with our contest rules, effective immediately, the contest has been terminated. We apologize to all of our loyal listeners who have participated.” More content from /b/ and reddit on the...
So, Kiss 108fm recently posted a poll in which users could submit a story and win the chance to meet Taylor Swift. Pic related: 4chan found out and one user decided to vote in his “creepy 39 year old friend” who allegedly wants to sniff Swift’s hair. Charming stuff from a charming website. Users got voting, and sure enough Charles ended up making first place. Poll is still yet to officially close, but there was plenty of attention on /b/ earlier today, and on the 4chan subreddit. Official leader...
Good find OP.Tension between the districts has spiked in the last few months? I’m not aware of any tension in any districts at the moment, so it’s most likely marketing. Sounds eerily similar to The Hunger Games, which has a sequel being released in a few months.
This was a pretty big deal on the internet a while back, and as far as I can tell KYM doesn’t have any related entries. It was basically trolls pretending to host a Christian Radio show, then anonymously encouraging users on 4chan to call in and attack their show. The idea was essentially Trolls Trolling Trolls, and some lulzy moments were had. The videos are all very long (as they were podcasts, reuploaded) so I imagine the more viewed videos would be more worthwhile. Official...
Don’t be silly, everything tastes like chicken. Everything.
Umm, guys… might want to check out FunnyJunk. Apparently they’re doing a ‘No Post on Sundays’ Sunday in memory of Richard Griffith, who recently passed away and is known for his acting in Harry Potter, which inspired this image: All top rating content and comments appear to be related to Richard Griffith either as a form of spam, to overwhelm posts which were posted despite the ‘No Post on Sundays’ rule, or simply in memorial. The trend seems to be isolated to FunnyJunk, as /b/ and reddit are operating...
