WTF! This is a meme? Yeah, I know what you’re all iThinking. What about when Lucas dies, then we’ll finally see ends to these stupid pointless franchise-raping updates. SORRY, YOU’RE WRONG! All these updates you’re seeing have been planned for years. After he dies, you’ll see “his final vision” then “his OTHER final version that you didn’t even know about” and then “his ultimate goal that was REALLY his something something.” Basically, he has 40 or so unreleased revamps at any given moment just waiting to share with the world. After he dies, as long as they only release no more than one update per year, you will see Star Wars getting ruined continually for the rest of your life.

While I don’t have a problem with people claiming Trizero126 started it, it is redundant, and the truth is (a) we’ll never really know who started it, and (b) the joke really invented itself, it’s not like we personally know Thiessen and Faust, and © who gives a fuck! I will give Trizero this, at least he’s not going out of his way to excessively promote his Dancin Discord video. All he said was “Yeah that’s right, I’m making a DISCORD video now.” So he simply didn’t know others were making them at the same time he was. Big deal.

STRONGLY disagree with Drpepperfan, Daugeas, and everyone agreeing with them. The whole thing about internet memes is that they spread THAT quickly. A WEEK? Seriously? Why not 10 years? In internet time, those two are basically the same thing. If you’re getting inundated by a single idea to an excess, that’s ONE idea, which is what a meme is by definition, an idea that self-replicates like a highly contagious disease.

His video has the most views of any “Dancin Discord” video on YouTube (22k as opposed to the 1k to 2k most people have as of this writing) either because he thought to ask Equestria Daily to list it, and/or he’s just better than others at promoting. But he has the arrogance to act like he’s the only one to come up with this, and everyone else is just getting the idea from him in particular. He even suggested the flash versions of it are a tribute to him. Don’t believe me? Read the comments! Jeez! That’s why I like the Japanese and their Nico Nico Douga fanbase. When they appear in a fad video personally, they always wear a mask or have their face off camera. Not a sign of people who give a crap about taking credit for a fast-spreading-meme.
