It looks like the fire attack is based on the GBA mage animation.

They didn’t even bother to conceal her identity. They just gave us Lucina right away. The same happened in Palutena’s trailer where she and Pit casually spoiled their fight and the Chaos Kin possessing Palutena like it was just like any other Tuesday.

If Robin doesn’t marry Chrom, then her support with Lucina would basically be Lucina accusing Robin of trying to seduce Chrom which prompts Robin to say that she never found him attractive. Lucina becomes furious and demands that she fall for Chrom’s charms.

Chromtrol your anger, Major. There’s no need to be upset.

Oh, I’m been following this leak ever since the Smash Direct when it took off. In fact, the E3 2013 leak was featured in the now dead rumors and leaks thread in Smashboards but since only three of the six newcomers listed were revealed at that time, it was considered fake. The Smash Direct leak brought it back from the dead.

There’s definitely the custom specials that can be used to differentiate Lucina and Marth. If Palutena and Mii Fighters can receive different specials instead of variations of their defaults, then why not Lucina? A side special can be her throwing a lance.

I’m interested in seeing Lucina’s potential alt costumes. She has a lot to go by. There’s also the color palettes which I mentioned my ideas in the Forums

Not even a lance moveset could save Chrom from staying in the roster. Sakurai must have saw something in Lucina to put her in over her father.

After what has happened this morning, it’s now more obvious that the Gematsu Leak is outdated information. I believe Sakurai actually first wrote out Greninja as “Pokémon from X and Y” and that was the one the leaker used. He couldn’t find the updated roster in time to leak the information to Sal before the Smash Direct. At best, the leak is semi-true. The information is accurate but has changed during the game’s development. As for who the leaker is, the wording Sal gave to his explanation implies that the leaker is a Namco employee.
