I’ve definitely seen the “this pleases gaga” image around, and I think you’re correct on the image’s origin. But I’m not seeing many variations on that picture.
In order to call it a meme, we really need to see a whole cluster of related materials on the same theme.
It’s possible that you could create a meme entry for “this pleases X” images including both “this pleases gaga” and “this pleases gary busey” along with any other variations on that theme.

It’s ok. Because pretty much everyone can come here, we try to be as family-friendly as possible, even concerning the most NSFW-oriented entries.

Hello Lunaful. Concerning your comment on “You spin me right round”, that was the point to not show a direct link to the meatspin thing here, because this article is Safe For Work. The Meatspin affiliation is mentioned but it started with Ridin Spinnaz, which is NSFW for that matter and everything is explained there. So, please, don’t post that kind of link.
