…there is absolutely no way 218,000 people protested all over the country for this on one day. That number is probably inflated 100 times.

Not going to confirm since it’s not nearly a meme nor is it really widespread, just kind of like a joke everyone’s heard once before. But I will say if you’re offended you’re not only on the wrong site but it’s also not poking fun at anyone in particular so it’s not any worse than the racist or dead baby jokes I know you laugh at when nobody is looking.

Hilarious the __sec group think they are untraceable. That somehow their connection is magic while everyone else’s are physical. If you get your internet from a company, lol you’re going to be found. Just because it isn’t done within a week doesn’t mean it wont happen.

“putting together a file on the officer, including a possible phone number, addresses,” nice. “and the names of his family members” …why? I thought you guys stood for innocent people, not drag them into your crossfire due to a personal vendetta against one person.

This is why people will never embrace Anonymous. They always, always take things one step too far, with that one step being the one that makes them hypocritical and in a limited sense, tyrannical. Hack into things to protest a company? Okay, neat. Release credit card information of their customers? wtf did they have to do with it? Fighting for the little guy? Okay. Dragging little guys into crossfire just to make something more personal to someone? You guys suck.

lol even back in the 1800’s they knew masks at protests were gay and stupid so they outlawed them. Either have a pair and show the world your face with the guts to say “This is me and this is what I believe” or wear a mask and show that you only have the guts to speak out when there is no risk to you. The difference between the Egypt thing and this thing is that here the worst you’ll get is pepper spray in your gay mask. In Egypt you can get, oh, killed. First world problems much?

1. Needs more photos of the audience, not the same 3 guys in masks in half the photos. You’d never know these weren’t taken of random people at rush hour. 2. Hope those photos are mobile uploads or someone lost steam fast and came back :/

$5 says some anon uses this as an excuse to hack into something and completely undoes the efforts of everyone involved who wanted to do something relevant and meaningful.

How Anonymous is working in practice: We will combat the corrupt by harming the innocent

Commented on Operation Antisec

Wait wait wait, you don’t care if you endanger the lives of innocent people who are currently hunting down dangerous felons, rapists, and murderers, people who did nothing to you at all? That’s the line. I used to support your ideas, but not anymore. When you guys are found, because you will be after that, I hope all your personal docs are released to the public so while you rot in prison you’ll know that when you get out we all can have a turn at you. You hiding behind a computer monitor wont last forever. Antisec began it’s life as something of a human rights group. But as their egos grew, they began to show their true colors of being narcissistic nutjobs. Have fun with your psychosis.

lol they realized they shot themselves in the foot when they hacked into things better and more heartless hackers enjoy (minecraft, games) and are trying to disappear by becoming some new group, as if by changing their name they’re not the ones who did it. So for those hackers who want to get back at them for taking away your games, continue on finding them, outting them, and hack them. Then post it for us all to lulz at the irony. Run scared little Lulzsec kids. You wont be forgiven.

The origin is actually from myself, Anonymous, from 7chan’s /x/. Here’s a link of the screenie I took after returning later to see it got attention that will predate any youtube video or screenie of this story. I wrote it out of boredom. http://i51.tinypic.com/2dbqm1j.png
