Then I saw his face on Tay Zonday and realized I wasn’t the first to notice.

wellll Scatman himself is a joke on youtube poops, if you lurk on youtube enough you would come across quite a few videos giving him a role as a villain.

I actually did this before realizing this was already on the internet lol… then i saw it and decided to put the pic i emailed to myself from the store on here. its a good meme for the idea as well as the fact that people naturally decide to do it rather than follow in the steps of the original, so its not all imitation, just accidental conforming xD

also i don’t see why the fact that it originated from a game has anything to do with it not being able to be a meme, look at all the team fortress and left for dead memes, and even the cd-i youtube poop videos

this has also been put in the december 09 issue of nintendo power, in the 250 reasons to love nintendo, with a section for video game quotes, with the larger print quotes including “thank you mario! but our princess is in another castle!”, “do a barrel roll!”, and this one, “I AM ERROR.”
nintendo knows of the popularity its’ video game quotes have struck on the internet, so I say this should be accepted as a meme
