I fail to see how that article is relevant to this discussion in any way. As it stands, the government has declared it has the power to assassinate, hold without charge, hold secretly, and seize any information. They have said they can do this to American citizens, and they may do it within America; however, trust us, we certainly won’t do that, we just need the power to.
