Hi Melody Burst. You ask if that’s a Clock Tower cosplay. Yes, that is a costume of Scissorman from Clock Tower. I’m surprised that game is rarely heard of and it’s really creepy as hell. Especially the SNES version of Clock Tower: The First Fear.
