I did a little resaerch and I believe that Ryuuseimusume is actually not part of Shimo’s official series. There are only 5 videos in his mylist(his uploads list) (http://www.nicovideo.jp/mylist/1535765)
and they are Chuudoku no Hou e Okuru Ikkyoku, Kumikyoku, Monogatari, Ryuuseigun, and Nanairo.
In fact, it turns out that gigi-net was actually the creator of the Ryuuseimusume video which is linked to on the main page of the wiki.
