Eh, the pacing really isn’t bothering me that much. Maybe it’s because I don’t mind slower shows (Casshern Sins, anyone?) but I suppose it has more to do with fleshing out the characters. I thought this was a great episode for Armin, and seeing his internal struggles was important enough to the story. I’ll admit it got a little long-winded, but overall it did not bother me.
