Actually, they’re part of an educational film for kids from the seventies about bullying and how it distorts your (the kids watching) image. Weird stuff, man. Anyway, I like a lot of AS bumps. Owls and weird kids aside, I think they give the whole network a distinct, no-rush, trippy vibe. And I think they rule. The Boards of Canada ad they recently put out smacks much more of their older, more chill, but still nonsensical bumps.

I just moved to DC, where I’ll be living for the next few weeks. I’m sitting in this apartment alone, tired from the flight, the walking I did all around the city today, and anxious about the temporary job I’m starting Monday. But really? It could be a whole lot worse. I mean, I’m getting to stay in DC by myself for several weeks. That’s very cool.

I actually just started playing Fallout 3 for the very first time. I know I’m about 5 years late to the party, but I’m starting to enjoy it more. The biggest difficulty I’d say I’m having so far is a management of resources. I never have enough ammo or caps.

I’m game, but I can’t really think of any books to recommend outside of what I’ve already read.

Here’s what got me to switch from Goku to Superman. And believe me, I was hardcore for Goku. Superman can move faster than Goku can think.

I think it kinda sucks that Mewthree is a different form of Mewtwo. I would much rather have had a new pokemon that a different form. I don’t know, I just like the idea of another separate pokemon more. This just feels…weaker somehow.

So last night I hung out with some friends and watched Breaking Bad then Evil Dead, then talked until roughly 3 AM, at which point we went to Ihop and ate for an hour. The weird part of this story is that it doesn’t involve any alcohol.
