That was a good one. I like the Gorillaz, they’ve got a pretty unique style.

Yeah, my dad is a big fan of jazz music, and that was one of my favorites growing up. I just kind of felt like doing some jazz today, I guess. I think an older version of the song is in a Looney Tunes – don’t quote me on that, though, could’ve been another song from that album.

That was really good! I’m a big fan of organs and keyboards in my music, and I really enjoyed how he used ‘em there. I’ll have a new one up tomorrow, I’m going to bed and still have to think about tomorrow’s selection.

I liked that song. Good job starting out strong. Plus he used a Launchpad. Respect.

Moving on, I’m going to stay in electronic alt-rock for a bit. Tomorrow we’ll move on to another genre, but I heard this song at work today and I was thinking of including it anyways.

Looks like you’re my partner for the music week, so let’s get this week started. My first song is currently autoplaying on my profile: Hold On by The Chain Gang of 1974. The one I’ve got on there is the full version, it clocks in at 8 minutes; if you need something shorter Here’s a radio/video edit at four, but I don’t like the shortened version as much. The intro is certainly superior in the full version, just a lot longer.
