Alright thanks! But how do I have both a start and an end in the same video? Do I just put both ?start=X and end=x?

Since I’m here, two final questions about videos: How do you have both a set starting and stopping point in a video at the same time?
And can these alternate start/stopping points be done on any video? Because i’ve tried some, and not all of them work.
