Oh, and if I may add to the advice regarding drawing. Try to mirror your drawings once in a while, in case you didn’t know about that trick already.

That way you’ll get a new perspective to your drawings, and can figure out mistakes during the scetching phase, that you might not have noticed otherwise. It’s a neat little trick that can be pretty helpful at times.

Hmm, now that you mention it, I dunno why. That’s a good question. Maybe it’s because my username itself lets people know that I like Moomin, so I don’t feel the need to mention it seperately.

I used to have some Moomin music on my wall sometimes though, but wall songs tend to rub some users (and browsers) the wrong way, so I gave up on them.

Yeah, I think it stems from my anime background. Round shapes are just pleasing to the eye, so that’s why I try to use them a lot in my drawings.

That artist you mentioned definitely has that kind of nice and smooth style. I think I’d like his(?) drawings a lot, if only he didn’t draw stuff like that… Oh well…

I definitely need to start drawing again though. My GF has been bugging me about it for quite a while already. I’ve got some good ideas, but it’s not a good thing to keep your laptop on your drawing table. Distractions, you know.
