I haven’t really seen a lot of this, and most of the time Trollquotes are fail as it’s too obvious most of the time.

Yeah, thinkaboutit is probably the real Scumbag Steve (not to mention his account is only 1 day old). I saw a screencap of one of his facebook status’s…he knows about the meme and he’s pissed off lol.

I can’t really attest to whether of not this is a meme (I don’t follow Chinese memes) but I did read the article about this in the NYT a few months ago, but it did suggest “My dad is Li Gang” is a popular phrase amongst the Netizen community.

I feel this article on Abridged Series is almost entirely centered on YGOTAS and adds other series as footnotes. The ideal series retains the original plot without adding too much outside material/editing/singing, which is what LK has done in the past few episodes. In my opinion, Mobile Suit Gundam the Abridged Series, by GuttedWrenStudios, is the best current series as they combine all of the previously mentioned ideals good voice editing into a series that actually has an end.

It has appeared on funnyjunk.com for certain; I can’t say for sure on others like 4chan as I don’t frequent them often.

This video made the Encyclopedia Dramatica Article of the Now a few months ago.

The only reason I consider this a meme is the “Big Meaty Cocks” derivative I’ve seen floating around quite a bit.
