Fuck. I’m so sorry Penz0id. Like my previous post I’ve been extremely busy the past few days. Sorry about that. Anyways, I loved the song you put on my wall. His voice was excellent, and I liked the guitar in the beginning a lot. I also loved the message from it.

Fuck. I’ve been super busy today dude, sorry about that. I really enjoyed the song you picked out for me. It has really nice guitar. I’m not the biggest fan of the screaming, but I can deal with it. It has a really good chorus too. Good choice.

Those wubs were so dirty I had to go take a shower after I listened to it. Mainly because I stunk like a dead animal, but the song was part of it. Anyways, I’ve never been a big fan of dirty dubstep. But I did like this song. I have a pair of skullcrushers, so that made the bass in the song about 10x better. Good choice.

Excellent synths at the beginning, although it did go into the guitar to fast it was still enjoyable. Good choice.
Next song: Gone by Odyssey Eurobeat and the DNA Team

I went to a really small concert that I won tickets for featuring Yehuda (disbanded), Ashlynn (my pick for day 4, also disbanded), American Mantra (disbanded), Of Threads (I think they disbanded), Werewolf Therewolf (not-disbanded), and Sent by Ravens (headliner, quite popular now).

Then I went to Winter Jam 2011, where I saw Chris Sligh, Chris August, Sidewalk Prophets, NewSong, Francesca Battistelli, RED, Kutless, David Crowder Band, and Newsboys was there but I had to leave before they played (I really only went for RED anyways, and they only played like, four songs).

Then this year I went to Winter Jam 2012, which had Skillet, Building 429, Kari Jobe, Sanctus Real, We As Human, Peter Furler, Group 1 Crew, Dara Maclean, and For King and Country. Skillet and We As Human were the only reason I went to that one.

And then recently I went to see House of Heroes, William Beckett, Hellogoodbye, and Relient K.

I don’t get to go to a lot of heavy concerts because I have no one who will go with me and my parents don’t like any of the venues, so I can never go by myself.

They are really cool, aren’t they? :D I don’t really have much by them, but they do some really cool stuff.

Do you go to concerts often? I’ve only been to four, I think, and one was really small scale.

For the seventh and final song of this week, I leave you with my ALL TIME ABSOLUTE FAVORITE SONG EVAR. I’ve probably spent ten hours just listening to this song. I hope you enjoy it too. :D

That reminds me of this really great band I saw live once. They broke up soon afterwards, but here’s a link to one of the songs they have on BandCamp. It’s the only stream I could find. It’s not my favorite by them, but it’s the best one I could find. Their only EP is available on iTunes and I think it’s worth it. Much like your song, it’s very atmospheric and relaxing, with heavy emphasis on meaningful lyrics.

That video was region locked, but I managed to find another one.

I think I just found my new favorite song.

I like the German version better than the English version, which is all they have on iTunes, but I managed to find it in German in SoundCloud! My life is complete.

Ahh, Progressive Metal. Never gets old. Those instrumentals were amazing. I hope to someday be able to shred like that.

Okay, I just remembered these guys and they are amazing. They’re involved with their fans and they love the internet too. The “music videos” for some of their first few songs are just collections of image macros, haha. Also they incorporate video game and pop-culture very overtly into their music, from naming a song “AHHREAL MONSTERS!!!” to adding Portal sound effects to “Now Museum Now You Don’t”.

This is their new single.

That was pretty sick. I wasn’t sure what it was going to sound like when I heard the intro, but that got good really fast. I also have to say they have one of the coolest names I’ve ever seen AND OH MY GOD IT’S ON BANDCAMP FOR FREE YES YES YES.

STOP GETTING MORE AWESOME.

Here, I think we’ve started now, so for day one here’s my submission to you. It’s by a little known artist called The Luna Sequence. She’s one of my favorite Electronic/Heavy Metal artists and I know you’re into at least one half of that. Let me know what you think.

“Louder Than Thunder” is like my theme song and every We Came As Romans song ever is my favorite song. I have all of them. ALL OF THEM.

Yeah, I usually tend to add people from watchers to friends from time to time. Usually those who are being visible and active here on KYM.
