You have to travel two pages into the front page section to find anything political, and those two political things are this entry and Obama singing “Sexy and I know it”. Also, anything that gets frontpaged or “In the media”-d is either a video that is viral or something that has a chance of becoming viral. A video has never been posted and frontpaged to KYM just because the admins find it pleasing.

Secondly, that entry for Joe Biden probably hasn’t been edited in two years because it never lifted off. Again, some KYMites make preemptive articles when they see something promising. The Biden meme was most likely promising, but it never took off, thus it sits in “Research and Evaluation” purgatory.

I honestly don’t see how you can call this website wildly biased whilst posting on an almost confirmed entry titled "Liberal Douche Garofalo.

Lastly, when I search “Joe Biden meme” in Google, I get four memegenerator results and various splatterings on forums and a few blogs. The Rick Perry meme resulted in dozens of video parodies, remixes and replies, plus hundreds of images, .gifs and blog posts. Rick Perry has more spread than any meme concerning Joe Biden.

I’ll have to respectfully disagree with your point on KYM not capitalising on Joe Biden in a negative fashion. See here:

This quite well states how Vice President Biden has had quite a few public gaffes, and acted unprofessionally in the video. Now, if you’re thinking it’s being kept in limbo because the admins/mods disagree with it, it was made by one of the admins and edited by one of the site’s senior researchers. So, I think that well enough demonstrates that when there’s a meme that is defamatory to the left, KYM will report it (If you need more proof, take this entry and the Liberal College Girl entries. Both highly popular and confirmed/on the way to confirmation).

As has been stated before, the internet, or at least its main sources of clout, is/are inherently leftist (As to why this is the case is debatable, but that point still stands). As such, there will be less memes that are an affront to leftism. BUT, there are some memes that do make fun of the left that go on to become memes. Basically, the lack of anti-leftist memes on this site isn’t due to a bias within KYM, it’s due to a lack of them in the internet as a whole.

I think this macro might have potential. But please be polite, even if others aren’t. It helps keep a professional atmosphere.

Here is the reason entries trend:

When enough people view and comment on an entry, it trends. Simple. So, when you all complain about entries and ask “How does this crap even trend?!”, it’s because you’re commenting on it. Don’t comment on an entry if you have objections toward it trending.
