That’s fucking stupid. Fucking Yellow doesn’t have an in game clock. It doesn’t exist in real time. You play for a couple hours, turn it off, and when you turn it back on it’s only been those couple hours. The entire world of pokemon didn’t keep existing while the gameboy was turned off. Unless the clock that runs on the file at the little loading screen at the beginning counted a years worth of hours, then fuck you, your childhood isn’t ruined you’re just a moron.
