Abnormalities gain attention. Scan through the list of memes on the site and count how many memes are due to grammatical errors, mistranslations or just someone being plain stupid. Just like in real life, ideas (“memes”) that have something that we can condescend upon, will make us feel superior and thus we spread it.

Believe it or not it was given to me. I guess they REALLY liked the entry I wrote for Rage Comics, they decided to give an extra title of “rage comicologist”. To be fair, I did some really thorough research for that entry…

Hi KYM. I’ve started out the entry for Vertical Comics. It is used quite frequently online and there are even generators for these. But I’m having difficulties tracing the origins and spread of verticals. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
