This is actually very well-written. We don't see that very often with newcomers. It would be better if you split it up into different sections, e.g., "Origin", "Spread", "Popularity", and so on. You may also want to include Google Insights. Also, the more remixes/parodies the better. If you can add more, do so. It will help in getting your entry confirmed. As for the entry itself, this has potential. +1 work.

Most combos are either done by bots, or are done through collaboration between Anons. In this case it looks like several Anons tried to break the combo, failed, then the last one made a combo out of their failed combobreakers, turning it into a Family Guy reference.

I was skeptical at first, but now I'm thinking that it's important to document this phenomena as well. It is important that we explain what a combo is if we're going to document what a combobreaker is, as one needs to understand what a combo is before one can understand what a combobreaker is. In retrospect, there should have been an entry for combos before combobreakers. In any case, great job Mellow.
