The one thing that this meme leaves behind is the best part of the original video, when Bubb Rubb and Lil Sis demonstrate the whistles…by flooring it, nearly hitting a parked car, and running a stop sign. Truly massive lulz.

Great meme, but I would argue against this note: “The joke is the one-liners are so full of FAIL, they actually become WIN!”

Most of the one liners that come from this meme are in response to something else, and they are not fail at all, but hilarious.

The only problem with getting more backstory is that there is no backstory. It’s a retarded line that essentially comes out of nowhere from a retarded movie. Which is perfect for a meme.

This one has definitely dropped off in popularity, but still a solid meme from a year or so back.
