I have never seen a nonwhite person being praised for racism.

Regarding colleges again:
However, that’s not how the system works. Colleges aren’t actually obligated to observe the practice of diversifying their student bodies, and those that actually do are in fewer number than those that don’t. Furthermore, the colleges that do have affirmative action policies operate the same way businesses do in terms of the acceptance process. If two applicants are of different races are being considered, they will look at everything else first. Grades, community service, extracurricular activities, etc. It is only after they’ve looked at all of that and only if the two applicants are vastly similar in those terms that they will choose the minority applicant over that of the white applicant. Also, women also benefit from affirmative action, meaning that the group that benefits most from affirmative action are white women. If you remember, last year a white girl sued the University of Texas for not accepting her due to affirmative action. It was later shown that her grades didn’t even hold a flame to that of the “affirmative action students”.

1) Yes, every nation has been oppressed at some point. However, the effects of the oppression is not equal for each group, meaning that several forms of oppression and prejudice continue for a long time and spread to more places. For example, prejudice against the Irish is actually still present in British society, but not to a large extent, but orientalism is widespread throughout most of Europe and North America.

2) Obviously you’re just being blind to it. Nonwhite people do get called out for racism. Asian people don’t get away with anti-Black racism and Black people don’t get away with anti-Asian racism.

3) The dictionary definition of racism does not explain the full implications of race in society. Anyone can look up the definition to the word “rocket” but it takes heavy research to actually understand rockets. Same thing for racism.

And regarding colleges, white men are still the largest group of people to be accepted into colleges, receiving more scholarships in general than other groups. Colleges that are “Black colleges” were made in order to help give Black people the same kind of higher learning education that white people were receiving. And considering the rate at which minority students are being accepted into major colleges, minority colleges and scholarships are still needed.

4) Mayo is your stereotyped food because it’s white or something.
