They’ve confirmed that DmC does not take place in the normal DMC continuity. Think of this as the Ultimate Universe (from Marvel comics) of DMC. But still, calling this guy Dante is laughable. His supposed to be likeable, right? Ninja Theory failed on that part.

I added the Mega Man X clips because of two reasons: 1) the meme and 2) Mega Man X (for X8, Command Mission, and Maverick Hunter X) and Domon Kashu have the same voice actor, Mark Gatha. Ironically, in Mega Man X8, Sigma was voiced by Dave Pettitt, who voiced Master Asia in G Gundam.
