About

I browse frequently, more or less.
I’m always willing to try something new.

- I avidly watch anime nowadays.
Never even considered getting into this until the beginning of 2013. I’m currently keeping a list on MAL, so I don’t lose track, because my god is there an awful lot to see. I’m finding it enjoyable, not all perfect, but enjoyable.
- Although not everything has to be anime related, feel free to share whatever.

This inside scoop is now an artist bio.
It’s not weird to draw human figures though, what your saying makes sense.
When it comes to drawing people something that really stands out is emotion, their particular face or their posture/stance, and the majority of the time that reflects the personality of said person/character.
If so-and-so character is done well, chances are they make for great artistic pieces. The artist too can show their nature of skill, from moody watercolor to bold pencil (most styles I know about). Have you done other styles of drawing besides drawing humans and ponies?
Passion I think plays a major key role here too. We go about our everyday lives, but we always want to let ourselves escape somehow, so we take whatever we can to express ourselves in whatever way possible and if we like it, we keep doing it. People will draw something that they might think about or take great interest to.

Now, I’m not too familiar with the concept of drawing art. But Art in general comes in all forms.
Like for instance I’m pretty keen on playing the trumpet and guitar, and with music itself you can take on any form of it. I still have a lot to learn, but there are great music artists that can and have helped me understand that to start for myself I’m not always going to be playing heavy metal on guitar or bold fortissimo concert pieces on my trumpet, there are other genres that surprisingly build a sort of foundation for yourself so that you can create your own songs and play as you are. Same way I’m understanding you make your own characters and comics, artists vividly show their style and there’s always going to be a part of themselves with you, if so-and-so can do it so can I, so to speak. I would say that inspiration is all around us and if we play close attention we can find it somewhere.
This is quite the subject were talking about here, I love to hear from people and how they do what they do, since it’s different for some majority. Everyone has something interesting about them :)

Itching for a new title? How about an inside scoop?
I’ve been digging your artwork ever since you published the comic.
The thing is though I’m curious what sort of things inspire you to draw.
Inspiration and genuine imagination are concepts that vary from person to person.
Is it just a reflective pass time? Or is it something that your passionate about?
Talent’s tell stories, and the people listen.

Well howdy there Platus!
It’s a pleasure to finally meet you.
That there sure is a long list of friends you got there.
How do you keep in contact with so many?

You’ve returned to us!

Really had people going there man.
Hell I was thinking of pulling a wake in your departure.
I just couldn’t believe you’d leave out of all people.

I was really hoping for a fluke or something.
That maybe it was all just a joke. That the first thing in the morning we would be laughing at how obviously a joke it was maybe.
It’s hard to believe all of this happened so abruptly.

He’s really gone.
I know people leave and move on. Just never expected it to be Joe.
I’ll really miss him.

Hey it’s the thought that counts.
The color detail is spot on, like no kidding.
Whenever I try and draw, the eyes are the things that mess me up the most, they can be excruciating since the pupil has to contrast one another in color. Then there’s adding indent and layering. Maybe that’s why I gave up trying to draw in the first place…
Still thanks for the time and effort you put into it. Appreciate it.

Dam straight.
Fished it out while I was looking through my older uploads and didn’t even realize that it was actually a drawn rendition of Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop. Absolute genius passed me by.
Sure wish it was colored in though…

How about Foca?
Your previous avatar reminded me of those two character shows, so it could be pitched to something like: The Whimsical Adventures of Caro&Foca, or sumthin.
I dunno, that’s my two cents. It’s late in the A.M and its starting to show.

I hear ya…
I was pretty bummed when I heard about it, even it still being just a rumor.
But Hasbro wants to create their own little world how they want this time.
And they want to change him, whos practically a loving sibling to a main character, to a low role.
As degrading as it may seem I know spike is always going to end up getting the short end of the stick the majority of the time. But to me he’ll always be one of my favorite characters from the show because of the characteristics that made him one of a kind to me. In my opinion he makes the mane six stand out more provided that sometimes he has to take some hits for it, but hes always there for ya, the #1 assistant…
Ah well just me and my ramblings. Also Dog puns. Dog puns everywhere.
