It’s stupid. Many people report crimes through websites like that, and that’s a huge part of how crimes are solved. Although I have to admit, replacing the website to play that song was kinda funny.

I’m not sure it’s meme-worthy, but I have seen plenty of vids of youtube using binaural beats.
Basically, you play two signals, (let’s say in the 300 Hz range) one at 300 Hz out one speaker, and one at 310 Hz out the other. I don’t know the details, but while playing both at the same time, your brain interprets the signal as being the difference between the two; in this case, 10 Hz, creating a sort of “beat” in your head.
They’re very interesting, and have found the attention of many scientists and psychologists alike.

If this passes…America and maybe the world would be up in arms.
“If a government won’t give you your basic rights, you’d better get another government!”
If this passes, I think there’s two reasons we would need a new government:
1. This bill violates the first amendment of the U.S. Constitution in many ways including the right to free speech, the right to peacefully assemble, and the freedom of the press. These are three of our most basic rights we have, and not having them gives the government a huge amount of power against us. More importantly, these freedoms play a huge part in making America the land of the free. These are our most sacred beliefs, and we will not put up with having them taken away.
2. IF CONGRESS IS STUPID ENOUGH TO PASS THIS, I THINK WE MAY HAVE ALREADY HAD A PROBLEM TO BEGIN WITH.
