Sorry about replying so late, but I’ve been out and about watching threads on the forums, and didn’t even check my wall until just now.

It appears as though the Pony thread is currently on its way out the door, as evidenced by the lack of a definite topic at the moment (through my eyes), just like you described. From the lurking that I’ve done within the last week, I’m going to deduce that “Twilight Sparkle and the Deathly Hasbro” will be the next thread title? If this is the case, it is perfectly alright with me, because I don’t have any preference, like I believe I may have said earlier.

I think I might as well more, so that it doesn’t appear that I’m not around, because I am around. Right now, the Pony thread is the one that catches my interest the most, so I’ve been hanging around there especially recently.

I didn’t say it was difficult to shake, just annoying. I’ve lowered how much I post to the gallery, so it’s died down a bit (most of the new people don’t really know who I am). Most of what you’ll see from me are silly images or Tumblr Pony posts (like Fluffle Puff).

There’s nothing wrong with traditional art – it’s a lot different than tablet-based digital art, and most artists who are proficient in one can’t do the other. There are some exceptions, Egophiliac does a good job on paper (one, two) and tablet (gallery).

You could probably do a good job with a tumblr. You’d just have to find your own thing that you enjoy doing. Jumped Out Pinkie is done almost entirely in traditional/photographic art, and it’s pretty popular. There’s clearly some love for traditional pony artists out there.

Tiarawhy is currently working on a big flash game project that revolves around tentacles and tentacle rape. Someone somehow managed to get one of the scenes from the game, compiled it into a gif, and posted it on Derpibooru. They set it to only one playthrough though, so it would just suddenly stop on Applejack’s “OH SHIT” face and stay there..

Humorous as it was, people were complaining. I saved the file and set it to loop, then posted it back to Derpibooru saying it was a repaired version of the original image. TSP merged them though, so it looked like I was the original poster.

I really don’t care much on the whole, but I have become associated with clop art in the past. It can be an annoying stigma to shake.

I wouldn’t worry about doing your own art things. Just let people know you don’t want to see them edited for explicit purposes, and most people will leave it alone.

I was so upset that Eugene wasn’t there anymore when I went to Disney in November. Rapunzel was there though (not the same girl as in that GIF), but she really liked me and my art so she drew a picture of Pascal for me in my autograph book. :3 I was also the first in line that morning, so I got the special treatment. 8D

I guess I don’t really mind. I’m just trying to spread the word. I didn’t need people asking me stupid questions anyway.

I tend to enjoy keeping to myself, so unless you went around to random apartment complexes to knock on doors, we’d have had a hard time running into each other. haha

And interestingly, the main street of my home neighborhood is called Sparkleberry Road. I need to put up ship pics on the street signs.

>MFW I picked Kansas to win it all

But yeah, I really don’t care who wins (after the glorious Florida Gators lost, all fucks I had to give were swiftly eradicated) anymore. Of course, I’ll watch the game anyway, and probably root for Louisville, because I like the Ware story a lot.

Yeah, I also have quite a varied taste in music. But it’s not from a story as interestin’ as havin’ been a radio DJ. It kinda came from having had grown up in a large family. Many of my family members had so many different tastes in music that I developed a like of many different genres and styles. Anywhere from techno, Eurodance, trance, house and trip-hop to ’80s power ballads, pop, and hair metal to ’90s pop, grunge and ska punk to prog rock, alt rock, folk rock and glam rock to some bluegrass and country. Even a bit of Mexican folk, ranchera, norteno, duranguense and pop such as Belanova. Some J-pop in there as well… Yep.

And yeah, EWF was a great group in its genre. Though I gotta say, as much as I love Lionel Richie, he kinda waned later in his solo career. Time was… eh to meh.

Wall spamming, I know …
But since we’re on the subject of the songs / the Redcoats, you weren’t at this game if I’m correct. But this is forever one of my favorite things the Redcoats have done that isn’t in our repertoire of songs.
And I hate South Carolina, so it’s saying something.

I just have to say …
An American Tail is one of my favorites. (I’m a huge animation buff in general, but Don Bluth is one of my heroes…)
And you like Linda Ronstadt.

Late Sunday night Bulldogs, ho!

I played this a ton before the ’Bama game for the SEC title game when someone linked it to me. Of course, Caro and Bulletproof will know why.

Holy crap, your profile song.

I freakin’ loved Earth, Wind & Fire as a kid. My old man used to love old disco and funk and bumped this shit all the time when I was little. It really brings me back. Freakin’ Kool & the Gang, The Beegees, The Commodores… One of my top favorite songs is still Let’s Groove.
You just hit me with some major nostalgia, bruv. Now I remember why I love RnB.

#UGAinLA, homes.

I was at a Model UN conference hosted by UCLA. I came in first in my committee. Here’s a list of people I blatantly lied to/stabbed in the back during committee to do it (it was a committee on Japanese Military Expansion 1895):

Prime Minister Hirobumi (deposed from power), Prince Komatsu (lied to and deposed from power), General Masayoshi (lied about, thrown under the bus, and removed from power), Prime Minister Iwao (thrown under the bus and deposed from power) [and those are just the ones on my side], and the entire Chinese delegation (whose was decimated by secret military maneuvers while I pretended to draft a peace treaty) and particularly Emperor Guangxu (who was deposed from power as a result of my deception). On one hand, I feel pleased in my accomplishments; on the other, I believe that in fictional wars, I am a terrible, terrible person.

Blanket always made me cryyyyy and hold my own blanket. T___T He was the best, the poor little thing. :(

But yeah, the whole movie is really upsetting … The viewer knows the whole time that they’re going to the wrong place and they should have stayed in the other house all along. D:

And then Toaster sacrifices himself to save the kid in the end. SO awful. D:
