There’s an entire Japanese TV show (segment) based around mondegreens, which are called soramimi in Japanese. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soramimi It’s called Soramimi Hour and runs during Tamori Club, and they usually feature English songs with videos made to reflect how the lyrics could sound in Japanese--with maximum craziness and not infrequent crudeness. (Marty Friedman is a frequent guest host, from what I’ve seen.)
