Don’s signature procedure / treatment if he were a medic.
“Long ago on a distant internet, I Aku, jimmy-rustling dong expander of dongness, unleashed an unspeakable dong! But a foolish primate wielding an magic dong stepped forth to oppose.”
“Before the final dong was expanded, I tore open a portal in time, and flung him into the future where my dong is law! Now the fool seeks to return to the past, and unexpand the dong that is Aku!”
Now someone try this on a Carnivine with some white fluff in the Hearthome contest hall.
Lucas’ hat was actually a flat cap, but a beret would work too…
Sinnoh and general gen 4 remakes are extremely unlikely given the circumstances in ORAS.
The most glaring factor is the fact that many of the gen 4 legendary pokemon, Palkia, Dialga, Giratina, the Lake Guardians and Heatran are (presumably) obtainable by default in the Hoenn remake.
If there really were plans for a overall Sinnoh remake, these pokemon would not appear in ORAS or even have their soundtracks in the game’s files at all, as they would be saved for an the theoretical upcoming game.
Besides, the age difference between the DS and 3DS isn’t as gaping as the GBA. So it’ll definitely be a while. Gen 8 or later maybe?
“…that’s why everytime a bunch of pokemon are together in one place it’s called a daycare!”

“Unless it’s the safari zone!”
Any savvy trainer worth his salt will think to carry one of these around, combat capable or not. Its HM compatibility is at least 6/8 (back in Hoenn). That’s one of the best around you can get if not Empoleon (7/8 in Sinnoh).
I suppose you all forgot about THIS mike???
I almost thought this looked like a Smash roster.

Lil guy’s seen some shit…
Heh heh, this looks familiar…
“There’s a spah ’round here!”
Heavily reminds me of my early airsoft days back when I was a teen. Back then I knew almost every model, manufacturer, tactic, upgrade, aftermarket part supplier, and even the relative jargon. All this because I couldn’t participate back then… and even now as well apparently.
Guess you just tend to take more note of things by reading when you can’t be there to experience it yourself.
Odd, apparently Hibiscus flowers grow straight from the ground in Kalos, instead of on a shrub.
Not really concerned about planting trees and all (except berry trees perhaps). but hell, I’ve always had one of these on my Gen 3 team. It’s quite versatile really.
Think about it, it can use Aerial Ace to counter Fighting types, Thunder Punch to counter Water types, Ice Punch to deal with Ground types, as well as boost its speed with Rock Polish. Not to mention to ability to carry various ranged attacks through TMs.
And then its Mega form in Gen 6 removes the Rock typing to make it a monotype Steel type, effectively unburdening it from some of its most crippling weaknesses. Filter makes things even better at that point.
Funnily enough, despite the weight of over half a ton, this thing can SURF.
Meanwhile in Soviet Hoenn…
