I think you guys have the wrong idea about memes. What memes do… is allow our languages to evolve, without the use of forceful assimilation. My hypothesis about memes is this: While language changes noticeably within a 50-100 year period, the introduction of the internet in recent years has altered the flow of information (including language). If change in language were to be compared to a chemical reaction, war would be a catalyst, BUT it is not as powerful of a catalyst as the internet. What happens is...

Whatever happens, something responds. And something else responds, in turn. It’s an endless cycle that never repeats in quite the same way. Yes, there are patterns--motifs even--but there may never be a way to completely know what will happen and how to respond.

Something I noticed on forums (which I find hilarious) is the fact that people actually ROLE PLAY their favorite races. Like, there’s people who are legitimately racist against certain races, because of the lore. I’ve seen Khajiit vs Argonian, Dunmer vs (everyone), and Nord vs Wood Elf
This phrase is more than likely not worth researching. It’s also far too general to be pinpointed. Also, anyone who is new to the internet usually figures out what is meant by the phrase… even if it takes a while. (not trying to be mean… it just seems like common sense. Sorry if I offended you.)
My history teacher was talking about this kind of thing… Like during the Cold War, the government, as a whole, would get worried if other competing countries were given a chance to criticize us.
Depends on your taste… But I’m electronica kind of guy. Here’s some links to some interesting artists on bandcamp. Monstercat http://music.monstercat.com/ Ephixa: http://ephixa.com/ Lapfox Trax: http://www.lapfoxtrax.com/ (on a side note, I’m NOT a furry)
I’ll just leave this here… http://ephixa.com/album/zelda-step
Guys…. you need to watch the rest of the videos. He was trying to protect his grandson from crazed bargain-hunters, while trying to preserve a copy of a video game. Some jerk told on him, accusing of him of shoplifting. The police are trying to justify their actions by sprinkling the magic words “getting agressive” and using it against him. Police can’t even man up and take responsibility for their actions. What cowards. And to the guy who was falsely snitching on him, what a filthy snake. And to the...
LoL… I knew this was coming a while ago. And you know what I did to check out their “amazing deals”? I went to the Australian site.
The game is simple. You must respond to the previous post with a video which is equally as disturbing as the last
I Miss this game.
I see your windwaker post… and up my bid.
Remake of FF6’s battle with the Atma Weapon
Yeah, I was gonna say that, too. There’s so many characters and they all have interesting back stories (Well, except Mog, Umaro, and GoGo. No one know any actual information about them.) I agree about the Second part as well. By the time you get to The World of Ruin, you get totally sucked into the story. The sheer amount of tragedy seems to have a real, lasting effect on the player. At that point, you start picking out who your favorite characters are, coming up with insane strategies and team...
But… But where do we put all the desu??? mfw no desu:
I think I would do something like this.
Well, actually there’s only lik 14 bedrooms or so. I can’t really remember, and I don’t feel like looking up the facts… That would require me to lift my heavy, heavy fingers
Near my home, a mansion… manor… (castle?)… was being built. For those who are into zombie apocalypse survivalism, this might be of interest to you. http://www.mnn.com/your-home/at-home/videos/inside-billionaires-high-tech-castle# Mind the cheesy NBC segment. It will at least give you some idea of what I’m talking about. Notice how I said “was” being built. Ironically, Construction has halted, due to a large sinkhole. The structure was built to out stand most disasters… Except, of course, earth-related...
What about the “Thank you kind, sir!” quotes… I hear that both online and IRL…
I honestly don’t see the big deal in this. It’s a rare disease, and that’s it. There’s nothing terrifying about it.
