Graphics suck at times, you either need the "laser-surgery" patch or run a seperate "glasses" add-on that isn't even compatible with all iterations by default.
Gameplay discourages many activites and you can't exactly loot public areas without conequence.
Some of the status effects are randomly applied without warning and sometimes are not even known until you have them identified by someone with a high enough medicine skill.
The level progression seems hardly fair for the adept players, as the total amount of exp between every level is the same and there are no means to boost it.
Equipment and training that you spent a great deal of currency and time on becomes dead content within a couple of years and you can't just re-roll your stats because of a bad decisions, and multi-classing just turns into a moneysink.

Overall: 4.5/10 – Too many sub-classes that throw because not the two-gender meta.
