Sadly hours after Microsoft's massive Xbox One launch event many customers are reporting disc drive problems in their Xbox One Day One consoles. Microsoft is aware of the Xbox One Blu-ray drive (nasty disc drive grinding sound) issue and said that it's only affecting a small number of Xbox One customers and it's working directly with those affected to get a replacement console ASAP through the advance exchange program.
