Did you seriously post art here asking people too critique it and then get mad when they gave you Downvotes … are kidding me. You asked for them too critique your art in a different thread and then got mad when they did, i have no words for how cringeworthy this is.

Serious question; what's the point of this thread if you aren't taking requests? Why not just post in the Art Thread?

None of you know the meaning of the picture. I wouldn't be mad if any of the other ones were downvoted, but this drawing was created for a very special and personal reason. I drew it after coming out as Agender.

If somebody downvoted that, I can only take it as an insult. An insult towards who I am.

tl;dr that was my coming out picture and whoever downvoted it is probably transphobic.

On a completely different note: I decided that I'll take colored sketch requests, as I only charge for lined (and coloured) pieces. I'm in an art block anyway so it should help me work out of it.

This thread has turned into a shithole.
SGFT is trying to be "edgy" while failing miserably, art threads are made for requests, this thread is tumbling down as we speak.

I decided to open up requests since I'm in an art block right now and I have almost zero ideas. I just posted this thread 2 days ago, I don't want it to become a flamewar already.

However. I have full right to turn down a request if it makes me uncomfortable. Like I said in one of my previous threads, I'm new here, and I should probs lurk moar. I'll learn the community that is the forums soon enough.

Don't take CATS's comment too hard, but he is sorta right. Let me tell you something about making art threads. This Thread is specifically made for you to share your artwork with the others. You cannot create a new art thread unless you are taking requests. Every KYM artist create "Drawing thread" where they take requests from other users and sketch it out for them, and there is no monetary gain from these threads. It's just the artists trying to have fun with the community, and help improve their own drawing skills. So when you created this thread everyone assumed you were gonna take requests, and since you denied them that, you got downvoted as the thread would then be pointless.

TL:DR "Drawing threads" are for fun and you gain no money.

shoves the drama aside so what requests do you guys have?? They'll be coloured sketches, and nothing terribly complex please. If I feel uncomfortable with a request, I have the right to reject it.

Making it coloured made it too much like a lined piece (which I would charge for) So I shaded it instead.

I personally know nothing abt Homestuck so idk if this is OOC for her or not.

Well since there won't be any requests I guess I can lock this thread. As it has already pointed out, you are welcome to share your drawings on the Art thread.

You are free to make a request thread whenever you feel like it, obviously try to keep it up and don't drop it after the second request.
