I'm gonna need to spend some cash on this kind of thing right after the New Year, thought I'd offer here first. idk if anyone would even have samples for something like this but I don't need architectural blueprints to scale or anything complex, I'm hoping to achieve something like these:
It's not residential though. It would be one large building with some smaller detail sketches, a rough floor plan view of that and a few acres of land around it, and a totally separate small shop space and details. I can give you atrociously "sketched" examples of what I want that you pretty much just have to make presentable. Color doesn't matter to me but would be a nice touch.
I'm willing to spend a couple hundred bucks+ if you're willing to draw more than less of the detail sketches and clean it all up nicely. No urgent time frame, though I hope to have the whole proposal ready by March. Must be willing to sign a contract for the final art.
