Am I too late for the R34 discussion? Please tell me I'm not too late

Reading the last page I had so much to say to everyone. I especially wanted to point out that people were mentioning very complex explanations for human attraction to ponies but simpler reasoning comes to mind which was not addressed. I agree that attaching human personality is a significant factor since anything that acts human can warrant human attachments (and I mean anything) but nobody has mentioned that maybe…just maybe, its a simple case where if you see Tits or Ass then that's all it needs to get those hormones running no matter what those tits or asses are attached to!

R34 proves this time and time again with Jet Aircraft porn, Electrical Appliance porn, Plant porn, Furniture porn…all non-human things that exist and people fap towards simply because they have added genitalia or lingerie. It seems there is nothing a human wont fap towards so long as it meets those very, very simple requirements

But now we are talking about bees and spies…hmm

Sidenote: Also anyone who went on a negging spree on Fifths for bringing up the topic needs to grow the fuck up but I think that point has been made sufficiently clear by now

Hey, new topic. You guys ever have any pony dreams? I myself have unfortunately never had a dream that was really about ponies persay, though they do occasionally make cameos. One time Rainbow Dash was my nextdoor neighbor, and I don't know what the fuck was wrong with my subconcious that my dream self didn't decide to pop over and begin chatting with her.

Well from our perspective, karma was the biggest influence on you and your actions. I doubt you would have reacted so bad if nobody negged you. Any other factors were difficult to spot. But you are welcome to elaborate on the real causes.

Thing is: Nobody literally objected towards you defending Popperfett (Who was Unknown Unknown at the time). I don't recall anybody saying anything. Any disagreement was only expressed in neg votes which as far as we know: didn't come from any of the regulars here.

You might mention Dacs responses to you at that time, but you should know he meant nothing personal plus he apologized to you. I know you are a stand up guy so I assume you forgave him, thus ruling him out as a factor.

You make some good points but I really don't think anyone is actually 'using' any of those plant or electrical socket porn pics.
Most of those are done for comedic effect stemming from our brains' uncanny ability to see what is not actually there.
We're hardwired to recognize certain patterns (mostly faces, but genitalia too) and sometimes our brains interpret things incorrectly and let us see human features in non-human objects.
Just another left-over function from childhood bonding!

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. I was busy with E3 and other stuff. Anyway, about Jackal's question, I am a night person. Most of the illegal things I do is at night. Though I do sympathize with Luna (having an interest with tragic characters and me having been an asshole during part of my life due to… unfortunate incidents and then getting pulled out of that proverbial darkness through friendship does help a little) I still find Celestia more intruiging of a character. Well, given the whole 'having to banish her own sister to the moon for the safety of her subjects' ordeal and then having a whole holiday made of how much of a nightmare your sister is probably isn't gonna help you sleep well a night, she has had her fair share of suffering. Given the fact that she also seems to embody alot of the 'Magnificent Bastard' traits of being able to calculate events and control events and people to the point of seeming conniving half the time and the fact she has been shown to be somewhat of a trickster as someone beforehand mentioned does give added depth to the 'prim and perfect royalty' character archetype that makes her refreshing for this genre (in a girl's cartoon, no less!) also makes her more impactful, as well as the fact that we aren't given that much information and backstory on her makes her an enigma wrapped in mistery with a side of bacon makes her a memorable character.

But let us not exclude Luna as well. For all that Celestia went through, Luna did get the shite end of the stick with this whole ordeal. I do believe that her transformation to Nightmare Moon has more depth than the usual "She had been corrupted by evil" or "She wanted more attention" explanation that people often use. In my own opinion, it could be that the fact that most of the ponies seem to hae a fear of the unknown, thus also towards darkness, caused a hole in her heart where she felt despised and hated by her own subjects, and that rift in her emotions being exploited by a malignant being seems more fitting than those explanations, well, in my mind, at least. Then Luna being stuck in Nightmare Moon, being under torment from Nightmare Moon, as well as having (probably) been forced to fight with her own sister, and then losing and being banished to the moon on top of that where in all likelihood she was being tormented with guilt and the Nightmare itself for all of those thousands of years really does add a deep amount of pain to her backstory, and so makes her more woobish in our eyes and making us want to give her a hug and the number to a good therapist. And I also love her personality, all "I want to be accepted" yet still cracking the witty remark and sarcasm once in a while. Also she doesn't have that bad of a plot.

Heh heh. Anyway, back on topic. Bear in mind that we are talking about possible immortals here, where any and all emotions can be increased in magnitude as well as the underlying boredom of monotony does not do well for the psyche. So I gotta hand it to both sisters who seem to take all this in stride. And with that knowledge, could you really blame Trollestia for wanting to have a little fun? As some old dead guy once said "God is a comedian and the world his unwilling audience." Which segues into Discord. Now, I am a fan of the whole "Celestia rejected him and thus became who he is" theory. But that explanation is too Freudian even for my tastes, to my mind, he has to have had a long winded path towards his attitude. Imagine being an omnipotent immortal, living life through monotony, the only beauty you hope to abtain becoming unreachable, then realizing that any other substitute would wither away before you? Combine that with boredom, insanity from said boredom, and then some Joker style philosophy that he seems to posess, and you got one bored and angry depraved man who would rather prolong the suffering of others than having everything destroyed or becoming a Nietszche impersonator. Thus making him a man you sympathize with but also love to hate.

TL;DR: Both Celestia and Luna are best alicorn and Discord is a loveable asshole.

I know that I've had a few but I can only remember two.

1. This was actually my first ever pony dream and was quite… odd.
Basically, Rainbow Dash and I were undercover detectives (no one seemed to care that she was a pony) attempting to eavesdrop on a mafia crime boss.
We were sitting at a big table in a fancy Chinese restaurant watching the don eating at his own private table in the corner.
I remembered getting annoyed because every time we tried to hear what he was saying some old guy at our table, oblivious to our mission, would try to start a conversation with us.
No idea what it was about, but he kept calling Rainbow 'Rhino' for some reason.

2. The only other one I remember is much more vague.
I just recall walking around a theme park with Luna and a couple other ponies.
At some point we went to get food at one of those long cafeteria-style counters.
One of the servers ran out of something and Luna ROYAL CANTERLOT VOICE'D the crap out of him.
We left the line and laughed for a minute until a pissed off Celestia showed up and took Luna home.

This is why I like sleeping.
My dreams are weird.

I know the topic is moving on, so I'm trying to keep this as brief as possible

Going back to your earlier post. I would love to think that people don't fap to breasted tables but sadly I know humanity all to well.

Just like you and everyone else says, all it takes is the right curves, symmetry, anatomy and viola. Throw personalities into the mix and you have a recipe for sexual attraction no matter what object.

I guess my main point is that in addition what has already been said in the last page its also not just a matter of "sexual attraction to ponies" but rather a matter of "sexual attraction to anything sexualized…including ponies"

In other words: The world of R34 exists entirely upon that concept that sexual arousal is not caused by the object but rather by how the object is portrayed regardless of the object in question. Sound reasonable?

As for pony dreams: I had only one so far where I was Twilight Sparkle in the world of Minecraft being told telepathically by Celestia in the heavens to wake up, realize the reality around me and let it gravitate upon me.

And then there were creepers which I had to fight off with magic.

You try and tell me what that dream meant.

Sony's presentation ranged from Cool to Meh on the hype-o-meter for me. The ending gameplay for the Last of Us was AWESOME! though and resulted in the same reaction above.
EA's was more the same for me and I was all "LOOK AT ALL THE FUCKS I GIVE!" throughout.
Nintendo's was… interesting for lack of a better word. I did like that Pikmin 3 reveal and that new SMB2 and Castlevania games too.
And Microsoft…

As always. The only highlight was when Trey and Matt ripped Microsoft and their HOOK EVERYTHING AND THE KITCHEN SINK WITH THE WORST OPTIONS! philosophy.

As for the dreams question. I had my fair share of wierd ones.
First one was where I was helping the New Lunar Republic in an all out war to take over Canterlot and then failing miserably. The next dream I was excecuted :P
The secind one I remeber, I was with the Mane Six helping them prepare a party… then we partied. That's it. It was awesome.
The third one I remember was with Tavi and that's all I'll elaborate on

Ok, the amount of negative votes that Fifths received does not make any sense. I am just going to leave it at that because I doubt that we have +8 active members participating in the thread right now so I think it is safe to say that someone is deliberately karma bombing him.

Okay here's the facts

1: Before I replied to Cite, his post was a 0

2: After I finished my reply to cite which took about 9 minutes his post was at -5

3: I replied again with that rip and tear macro. That took 1 minute. After that his post was at -8 (8 negs in ten minutes!)

4: At this point I upvote Cite and Fifths and enourage everyone else to do so

5: Cites post went up to -4 (4 upvotes in 20 minutes)

6: At this point Cites post is at -2 (6 upvotes in 1 hour) so it's clear that nobody else posting after that initial period are interested in negging anyone

Such a rapid negging had be done by those immediately on this thread so lets do a role call of the users who posted around that time frame both an hour before and an hour after

We can obviously rule out Cite himself. I upvoted Cite so I'm clean. We can rule out Tim since he shows no support for the negging. El Sinker, Deadparrot and Fifths can be ruled out since they aren't concerned over what Cite thinks. Mexican was just passing through for an image request. In fact none of them are really suspect.

This is why we think maybe one or two people with a grudge of some sort are using alt accounts to karma bomb certain people and they know that focused targets are much more effective than just negging the whole entire thread

Well you ninja'd that post, I deleted that section because when I looked back on it and thought it was redundant. But thank you for elaboration on my comment. I think it is safe to conclude that your theory of targeting specific people to karma bomb is much more efficient then karma bombing the entire thread might be the current situation we are dealing with.

'One was simply Applejack sleeping at the foot of my bed, snuggled around my feet. It is still, to this day, my favorite dream of all time. It was simple and perfect.

Another I had involved waking up in the lair of the green dragon that chased Spike in “Owl’s Well That Ends Well”. I ran for a while away from him, avoiding his fire, before I tripped. As usual, I woke up before I hit the ground.

Those are the two most vivid dreams I’ve had, the ones that I remember most of.'

I've had one more I sorta remember since then (it was page 129):

I woke up in the morning lying on my couch (not far-fetched, I sleep there occasionally), walk into my room, see three ponies sleeping on my bed, shrug, and walk into my kitchen.

That's it. I was disappoint.

Maybe odder than pony dreams, but I had a dream were I was a TF2 character…

My psyche created a more balanced class than 90% of what people have come up with themselves.

Are we talking about pony dreams? Well, I have dreams sometimes, but I usually forget most of them five seconds after I wake up.
The first pony dream I can remember involved Twilight Sparkle and Rarity stranded on a island fighting a huge dragon and then Luna comes in and saves them.
The next one isn't exactly a pony dream, but it's so weird I just have to tell it. It doesn't make a lot of sense and I vaguely remember it. It had Will Smith's character from 'Men In Black' on a shooting range, then some fat guy with a machine gun runs in and starts shooting people and screaming "BOOBS! BOOBS! BOOBS! BOOBS!" Cut to the Angry Video Game Nerd, with big boobs, reviewing 'My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic' for the Nintendo DS. Suddenly, he flies up into space with Rainbow Dash collecting stars…. I wish someone could draw a picture of that.

I need to upload some of my sketches when I sucked at drawing ponies (i.e. now). I was terrible at getting the necks the right size, so I kept drawing giraffes on accident (some on purpose). I left the perspective lines/circles on one and named it giraffe-bot, who is quite clearly best sentient lifeform.
