I hate to be the one to tell you this, but if you really want to "be a meme" (or make a meme in any sense) we are the last site on the entire internet you should try posting pictures to. Our goal is documenting existing memes.

Honestly I feel like there's two types of memes, global memes, and local memes.

Global memes are like the ones seen on this site, where people around the globe have an idea of what they are and enjoy them.

Local memes are like this but on a more local level. Like say something someone in your group of friends said was funny and you parody it. That could be considered a local meme. I myself am an example of a local meme, but none of you would understand it because you don't know me IRL.
