It appears that the whole Jessi Slaughter and her father thing has gone supernova. The two will/have appear(ed) on the Good Morning Today/America show to talk about how they became a meme/to war with 4chan. In response /b/ batted down the hatches so to speak, but in a lulzy way because no one is following the new "rules".

The whole thing is stupid. Instead of trying to fight millions of internet users Jessi Slaughter's parent should have banned their child from posting videos on the internet. She has a dumbass personality and needs to stick to facebook and small forums at best.

I think moot used our site on purpose. He is trying to convey the message that 4chan is an SFW site (lmao! ). He needed another SFW site that explains the memes there for those who wouldn't understand.

I'm convinced that Moot is the greatest troll to ever practice the art. He's a artist through and through.

I agree with the Celt, a majority likes ED, sure that maybe true, but we are still accepted by a portion that choose to like us, either way its all a matter of opinion and freedom of choice, which we dont have control of, although we can influence it.

Edit And we did influence it, because we are mentioned.
And maybe this is a tad bit derailing, but I felt it was a good chance to mention it.

Some guy was bitching about newfags and claiming oldfagship

He ended his post with "I remember wolf shirt!" as in Three wolf moon. From 2008. Two years? Big deal buddy.

@Twilitlord – Basically, Moot and the 4Chan mods put a "Etiquette of 4Chan" with some GMA music on repeat mode (similar to the vuvuzelas they did for the World Cup). Then they are purposely placing a lot of spam threads to ward off the "GMA" crowd, so to speak.

See my other recent post with the link of the image that isn't linked to 4chan (they keep taking hotlinked photos down)

Edit – And why some of us are shocked is the very last Tips and Tricks they listed. They also cleaned up most of the porn and gore that normally occur day-to-day for now.

Edit – I didn't say there isn't any porn. There is, just not as much of it on /b/. The other channels are unaffected from what I can see. They take the porn threads down pretty quickly in /b/ now.

I give this another week at most.
