I also got banned the beginning of last month just for being a drawfag. That ban was lifted 14 or so hours later. Good times.

Anyways there is bound to be a new free speak forum out there some where.

Using a mod's trip will let them decide how long to ban you for.

Naked pictures do not work.
eval() does not work.
Jim Profit in name field does not work.
Porn does not work (at leasst not on boards that are too fast or well moderated enough.
As well as "last one 404'd".
The surgeon does not work.
Derp does not work.
Guro is regularily accepted as long as it belongs to the topic. (Such as screenshots of a game full of gore on /v/, even those anime adventure ones)
Killing the Batman is yet to be done.
/b/ sucks.
Some boards on it are actually pretty cool, I'm just trying to become productive without the distraction of 4chan.

Won't work in a board like /b/, unmoderated. Same as other popular boards, rarily unmoderated. The only reliable ones are wordfilter ones.
