How will I browse sites through Wayback Machine because of active GIFs and Videos that require Flash in order to find something lost or just forgotten?

I'm gonna miss all the times I had with all the notable flash games over the years. Most notably Mata Nui Online Game. I think that game is really what inspired my love of fantasy and what led to me wanting to GM for others.

Ah here we go. From epic and nostalgic games to animations. Flash has provided many things that entertain us when we are young. From sprite and stick fights, comedic animations to impressive video games such as an epic Smash fangame and a stickman trying to steal stuff to…gallons of porn. Even with all of its faults, Flash will forever be in our hearts We say goodbye, Flash. Hopefully, Flashpoint will carry with all of your legacy.

While I personally didn't experience the golden age of flash based games in places like newgrounds I did experience the rise of flash-based animations, some were good while others not so much. I do consider the Internet as whole is losing a great legacy of fanmade and independent creations, from a time were being irreverent and funny was the only goal.

Thank the lord that Homestar Runner is still alive with Ruffle.

Flash will be missed dearly.

All I can say is thank god sites like Newgrounds have flash players prepared for this event. I grew up on that site.
…its even where I first discovered adult entertainment back when a bootleg ms paint art version of a character was the best you got.

Rest in Peace to Flash player, it was a part of my childhood and my teenage years with stuff like Newgrounds back in the mid to late 2000's and Artix Entertainment's AdventureQuest and Dragonfable. Even though some of the flash games I played would no doubt of aged like warm, chunky milk they would still hold a place in my life.

…..and just like that it's gone forever.

I'm sad that it's over, but happy that it happened.
