It's not the bot part that bothers me the most, but the fact that they're always advertising for Indians/Middle-Eastern countries. Unless I'm missing something important, a majority of the users are presumably North American or European. I'm not sure how effective it is advertising a business housed in a country no-one here lives in..

Because the Great Chinese Firewall keeps the Chinese spammers from annoying anyone else except other Chinese people, while American & European Spam prefers text and call scams.
