Yes, that’s right. In the interest of saving the Internet, I, Anormulus, am running for president.

My fellow people! You aren’t really my fellows! In fact, I hate each and every one of you! You are the true scum of the Internet for the most part, and I would take the scum off my shoe when given the choice between it and you all. But that is what I’m going to change. I dare not leave what used to be a site which I only moderately hated to what it has become.

A realistic representation of the important issues.

For the first issue I see, there is the issue of beating a dead horse until it’s down in the dust. From what I know, even you guys can unite with the common folk in which we hate 9gag. While you may be superior to them, it is only marginal. The word LE has never been used so much, and its use is the red flag to lol so randumb humor and unoriginality. The same can be said of nearly everything you come in contact. Might we take the up and coming “Jimmies” image. What started off as a simple Gorrila Munch thread, made to reference an occasionally used image thread, turned into a beacon of original content and hilarity. However, that did not stay for very long. For there is nothing sacred left in this world that will not be spammed to hell and back. Arrow to the knee was only the beginning.

The object which you all require.

As president, I will fix the issues that plague the website. Cheezburger Network shall be eliminated. Only actual memes will be added to the base, and we’re not going to shove them in your faces. The act of faggotry and/or heresy to the site will not be tolerated, and will be banned on sight. We do this not as a dictatorship, but as a watchful eye to protect the citizens who aren’t pieces of shit. We shall lead the way through example and discipline. If such burns the site to the ground, then it shall go down as a site with its dignity intact, not as a sellout but as a martyr.

A vote for Anormulus is a vote for salvation.
