Now for the 3rd Round

"Stage 3: Battlefield-This is where things get really interesting. Now with 30 competitors still alive, each user gets the option of hurting two competitors and healing two competitors every three hours. The catch is, they can’t receive credit for a kill if they take this route. Until 15 competitors have been killed, this stage continues."

So yeah Hurt 2 and Heal 2, kills aren't being counted this time.
