-The steam engine is perfected, and Angmar enters the Industrial Revolution. Steamships are also developed, making exploration of distant regions easier.
-Cyprus is annexed via popular demand. The local government is resentful, but the people rejoice and are glad to be rid of them.
-Moldova, having been lost to Kickassia, is seen by the other vassal states as a warning. Wallachia and Bosnia are discussing defection. In Angmar there is talk about annexing the vassals outright to prevent such a thing.
-Autria is invaded according to the Italian plan. With all Austrian forces distracted elsewhere, most of Hungary is occupied and later annexed outright.
-The war with the Austrians brings home the concept of the dragoon, which is adopted into the military.
-The forts in Africa are reoccupied.
-Expeditions to the far east chart out the coastline of Asia.

-Novgorod declares war and quickly captures Cherpovets. The thinly spread Kickassina military, guarding recent conquests in the south and invading Angmar, is unable to move north quickly enough to reinforce the garrisons there.
-Howitzers are imported from Syserror.
-Gene Theory is researched.

-The Germans, having a larger army, draw the bulk of French forces away, enabling Vascony to occupy most of the land.
-Breton patriots revolt against the French, and greatly aid in their advance into the north western regions.

-Naval forces are sent to blockade Forsetti, and are obliterated.
-Unmanly tactics are utilized in the fight against Forseti, including the disguising of troops as civilians. This fails to have any kind of an impact besides getting civilians shot, building up sigificant popular resentment for the invaders.
-Jutland is successfully captured after Forseti's land forces are decimated by the invasion of Crimsonia. However, a Medicean attack into the Netherlands has destroyed the Autharian military capacity.

-State run hospitals are now in working order, funded entirely by taxes and open to any citizens of the nation. Medicean life expectancy skyrockets.
-The nation declares independence from the Vatican, making Medicea a secular state.
-Rifles are developed and added to the arsenal.
