Do you have the latest version?
It doesn't work with anything else

You also need the browser plug-in and a modern browser.
Even if you meet all the requirements, there's no guarantee that you'll be able to use it. From my experience, it's really laggy, so don't be too surprised if your browser crashes. Use Chrome to avoid crashing the entire browser.

If all else fails, try reinstalling Java.
