Lets just look at speed. Goku at SS4, according to deathbattle, can move at 9 times the speed of light, and that is being pretty generous. Sailor cosmos traveled from outside the galaxy to the center in seconds. The Milky Way galaxy is 100,000 light years long. For Goku to travel from outside to the center would take about 5,555 years. That's a huge difference in speed. Goku is done for.

the ogre titan would win, if you consider its core ability plus its armor strength and the wide range of weapons it can choose from, liberty prime doesn't stand a chance.

No contest, Megas is retardedly OP. he has a button for virtually anything and is very durable. Iron Giant was pretty much useless after a bump to the head and was completely dismantled by a nuke. Outside of Gurren laganns final forms, Demonbane, or Getter Emperor (which are more like gods than mechs at that point, Demonbane is a god) Megas fucks up most mechs.

Real Talk, I've never played Mass effect. Master chief has superhuman strength, speed, reflexes, and senses. His suit enhances that. So, unless Shepard is also superhuman, he loses.
