Galactus. I think he has really been underpowered in everything he's been in. I reckon he just has it in him. Plus Galactus survived the Big Bang (Side note: Galactus also takes the form of whatever planets he invades so on Cyberton he would look like a transformer).

(dude have you seen what a t-103 can do, not only does it have an insane healing factor, but is strength is equal to if not greater than a tank, not only that but in the event that a t-103 is killed it just mutates into this , which makes it stronger and faster)

@Triple I never really seen a t-103 except i look up a video in which Claire Redfield guns it down in a couple of seconds.

I watch neither, but from what I just looked up, most say Naruto would win, so I will go with that.
As for the t-103 vs the tank. I'm pretty sure the T-103 is also intelligent, amongst its other abilities, so I would go with that I guess.
