Explain what's happening

I would, but doing so takes a level of comprehension that cannot be achieved by an ordinary human being.

I'm not an expert on this subject, but I think I know what happened to cause this. A man comfortable in his sexuality decided to wear a Jamaican themed woman's two piece bathing suit. The man was also a health nut and had to do his exercises. He was unaware of the weather that day, but he didn't care because he lived for exercise. Because of the snow he decided to wear sunglasses so his eyes wouldn't hurt. And the last thing I think he did was get one of his friends to photograph him to help him remember what he did that day right after his morning exercise he goes out and gets hammered drunk. I'm not sure if this story was 100% accurate or even remotely close to what really happened, but remember I'm not an expert on these things.

At first I thought he wasn't dressed appropriately for the weather, but then I realized that he's wearing green, the same color as Shrek. He's dressed in layers.

As you can see, it has snowed in that area. The snow has hidden the road markings and direction signs. To take over the task of these signs, the man has positioned himself in that way. His tattoos, and arm positions, are indicating the towns ahead. He dressed in that way to stick out more from all the white snow.

Further research has led me to conclude that he is wearing the etheopian flag, not Jamaican.

Therefore, the weights symbolise power, and the flag represents African heritage
