Just like in real life, I have tons of cool people who I know really well and love a whole lot and even more people who I don't know too well but still enjoy communicating with, but I'm lacking a best friend online and off. Don't pity me though, because it's mainly the way I socially function. I'm great at socializing in a group setting and talking to a bunch of people at once, but I cannot have very effective one on one conversations with people, even on the internet. While it is easier on the internet, it still kinda scares me. For this reason, I can have loads of good friends, but never a best friend. One on one convos never fail to end awkwardly or have long pauses in them where me and the other person kinda just sit there thinking of what to say. (Even on th internet) Keeping them going for a long time is something that really tires me out mentally too. Overall, having a "best friend" really isn't my thing and I'm totally fine with it.

I would list all of my friends instead then, but I don't want to hurt anyone I might accidentally leave out and the list would be so big I just don't want to put in the effort. Like Starscream said, mostly my homies on the IRC, but I still have plenty off as well.

I would say Sir Artyom. Probably because I know him in IRL.

Not really friendship but the only one I had a casual talk would be Hero, and my favorite user would be MIMU he seems like a nice person.

Within a few months of joining KYM I got into a really long email exchange with this chick. I have jack shit memory why, but goddamn if that thing wasn't fucking novel length. To this date she's my only "friend" on here, and you can't really stop caring (insert cuddly cartoon bears joke here) about someone after something like that, even though our last exchange was five months ago. She also takes long breaks between posting- just long enough to send my fucking paranoid brain on red alert.
