This is really interesting. My only complaint is that it's going to be like many other hi-tech projects. It's too expensive to be used.

And since when has that stopped the US government??

Anyways if they set the factories up properly they could make it possible, but in a free market thats hard.

Not to mention the fact that people will be complaining about spending money into things like eductaion instead of such an expensive project.

But since when has that stopped the army?

They should just kill the entire education system and put it in the military.

That way only people that actually need a education get one, also Cough, … take away the citizens rights in the college agreement, drafting, than your government property, etc.
