It's possible. Although, I don't know how the sleeves are working if that's true.

You are all mistaken, this is Ananymous's dad Ananymous the 85th. He grew up in the 1950's era and worked as an animator on all those animated films that never gave proper credits.
I remember this part of the book. I heard the animated movie was good but I haven't seen it yet.
Actually I've head that this painting is supposed to be the origin of the green anonymous blank face figure.
It's called the son of man.
