So, as most people already, know even if you haven't played MGR, Monsoon is quite the idol when it comes to "le irony" and "les meems". In the Metal Gear fandom he's hella popular and as I said even before. He could be worthy of an article, but if not, at the very least his own section in the Metal Gear article.

I could post like 20 of these, but that would be pretty unnecessary, and I couldn't find them through a simple google search. The rest require more digging but plenty of examples are out there. What I posted is barely scratching the surface.
