He posted the above Vine on August 20, 2015, but it is not known where it was posted first, as there are 3 remixes posted earlier by murgaro, the most popular being of Still D.R.E. on the 19th (1st below, was even frontpaged on KYM) as well as one of "Tokyo Drift" by Teriyaki Boyz on the 19th (2nd below) and an unknown hip hop beat on the 15th (3rd below).
On Vine and in YouTube compilations (such as the one below), he is most commonly referred to as "Yoyo Kid".

Well, in the middle of putting this post together (I don't feel like rewriting it), I've found his Instagram account where he posted an extended version (1st below) on February 1, 2016, apparently a year after the day he posted the video first, but the first thing on his Instagram relating to it is an MMM Whatcha Say edit (2nd below) posted the day after he says he posted it first.
